CFCCA is on Thomas Street, Manchester, occupying part of a former Victorian market building. Our surrounding area has excellent public transport links and is known for being a vibrant neighbourhood with many great food, drink, shopping and entertainment venues if you wish to extend your visit. By Train

We are a 10 minute walk from both Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly train stations.

Walking from Manchester Victoria train station

Turn left out of the main entrance and walk south-east on Victoria Station Approach, towards the National Football Museum. With the museum on your right turn left onto Withy Grove and continue uphill past the Printworks. CFCCA is located on Thomas Street which is a right-hand turn directly opposite Shudehill Interchange and Metrolink stop.

Alternatively you can jump on a Metrolink tram from Victoria Station and go one stop to Shudehill station, from there we are less than a 2 minute walk on level ground (directions below).

Walking from Manchester Piccadilly train station

Exit via Station Approach and walk downhill towards Piccadilly Gardens. Turn right onto Ducie Street, then left on Dale Street for approx 450m before turning right onto Oldham Street. Take the next left onto Thomas Street and continue – CFCCA is on the right hand side opposite Trof bar and after Bluu Bar.

Alternatively you can catch the free Metroshuttle city bus no. 2 from Manchester Piccadilly to either Shudehill Interchange or High St/Turner St (Stop NZ), from there we are less than a 2 minute walk on level ground (directions below).

By Tram

Our nearest Metrolink Tram stops are Shudehill or Exchange Square (please note that the walk from Exchange Square is quite steep). Visit the Transport for Greater Manchester website for service updates and journey planning.

By Bus

Shudehill Interchange has local and national bus services.

The free Metroshuttle city bus no. 2 stops at both Shudehill Interchange and High St/Turner St (Stop NZ).

Walking from Shudehill Interchange

Cross Shudehill Road and head south-east onto Thomas Street, you will see us on your left just two buildings down, on the corner of Salmon Street.

With the Oklahoma gift shop on your right, walk north-east on High Street towards the crossroads. Turn left on to Thomas St. You will find CFCCA on the right, just past Bluu Bar.

By Car

There is pay and display on-street parking on Thomas Street, and there are several dedicated disabled bays available for Blue Badge holders on High Street and two on Salmon Street, both just a few metres from our main entrance.

Our nearest multi-storey car parks include Manchester Arndale NCP with 63 disabled bays and Church Street NCP with 7 disabled bays.
